SIR Gene Hron

 

On May 12th we lost a fine 87-year old SIR friend who always wore a big smile and seldom missed a monthly meeting.  About three weeks ago Gene Hron suffered a stroke.  He joined SIR #102 in 1985 after retiring from Aerojet .  There he worked as  Manufacturing Engineer on experimental rocket motors and marine high speed boats.  He had many golfing friends and  also enjoyed a good game of pinochle or bridge.  Gene will be missed by family and his many many friends.  Services are to be private.
